Studio Terms, Conditions, Policies, and Rules

These Studio Terms, Conditions, Policies, and Rules apply to all studio bookings, rentals, sessions, memberships that include studio access, and any use of the CLT Shooters Studios (CLT Shooters Studios LLC) space, equipment, and amenities.

​

These terms are an addendum to the CLT Shooters Terms and Conditions and Policies. In the event of a conflict, these Studio Terms govern all studio related matters.

1. Booking Eligibility

To book or use CLT Shooters Studios, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains on site

• Provide accurate and complete booking information

• Agree to these policies prior to accessing the studio

CLT Shooters Studios reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or cancel bookings that appear unsafe, misleading, or in violation of these policies.

2. Member and Non Member Bookings

CLT Shooters Studios separates booking access and pricing for members and non members.

Member bookings

• Member rates and benefits apply only if the membership is active and in good standing at the time of booking and at the time of the session

• Membership status may be verified prior to access

• If a membership is inactive or invalid, the booking may be adjusted to standard rates or canceled

​

Non member bookings

• Non members book at standard public rates

• Non members may be required to pay an additional refundable cleaning or damage deposit prior to access

​

3. Rates, Payments, and Deposits

• All studio bookings must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time

• Bookings not paid in full by this deadline may be canceled without access to the studio

• Failure to complete payment does not guarantee rescheduling or refund

​

Deposits, when required, are applied according to the booking type and policies in effect at the time of booking.

4. Studio Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all studio bookings, including members and non members.

 

Client initiated cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for a reschedule or studio credit, at the discretion of CLT Shooters Studios

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non refundable​

No shows and missed bookings

• Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking is considered a no show

• No shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling, under any circumstances

• If you miss your booking due to booking the wrong date, wrong time, or misunderstanding your scheduled session, you forfeit the booking and all fees paid

• CLT Shooters Studios is not responsible for user error, calendar mistakes, or failure to confirm booking details

• ​Time reserved for your booking is removed from availability and cannot be recovered once missed.

​

Client initiated rescheduling

• One reschedule request may be granted if submitted more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability

• Additional reschedule requests may result in reschedule fees or forfeiture of payment

• Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not guaranteed

​

Late arrivals and early departures

• Studio time begins and ends at the scheduled booking time

• Late arrivals do not extend the booking

• Early departures do not qualify for refunds or credits

​

Studio initiated cancellations

CLT Shooters Studios reserves the right to cancel bookings with a minimum of 24 hours notice for most standard shoots.

If CLT Shooters Studios initiates a cancellation, clients will be offered:

• A reschedule, or

• A refund of amounts paid

​

Cancellations due to safety concerns, policy violations, misrepresentation of the booking, capacity violations, or failure to follow studio rules do not qualify for refunds.

​

Weather and external factors

• The studio operates regardless of weather conditions

• Weather related cancellations are treated as standard client initiated cancellations unless the studio access is physically impossible to access. ​

​

5. Capacity, Attendance, and Event Rate Policy

Standard capacity

• Standard studio bookings are limited to a maximum of 12 total people throughout the duration of the booking

• This includes photographers, clients, models, assistants, stylists, makeup artists, crew, and visitors

​

Event rate trigger

• Any booking where more than 12 people enter the studio at any point during the session will be reclassified as an event booking

• Event bookings are billed at $150 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

• This policy applies to members and non members

​

Maximum occupancy

• No more than 20 people are permitted inside the studio at any one time

• Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation without refund

​

6. Access, Entry, and Security

• Access instructions are provided prior to the booking

• The booking holder is responsible for all guests and securing the studio

• Doors may not be propped open

• Unauthorized access to restricted areas is prohibited

​

7. Studio Rules and Use Restrictions

The studio must be treated with care and returned in the condition it was received.

​

Prohibited items and activities

The following are strictly prohibited at all times:

• Glitter of any kind

• Confetti of any kind

• Powder based materials

• Smoke, haze, fog machines, or airborne effects unless approved in writing

• Open flames, candles, sparklers, or pyrotechnics

• Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, e cigarettes, or marijuana

• Complete or partial nudity of any kind

Violation may result in immediate removal, cancellation without refund, cleaning fees, damage charges, permanent banning, and additional penalties.

Security cameras

CLT Shooters Studios uses security cameras throughout the premises for safety, security, property protection, and policy enforcement.

By entering the studio, you acknowledge and consent to video monitoring. Cameras are not installed in restrooms, changing rooms or other legally protected private areas.

​

Tampering with, obstructing, disabling, or attempting to avoid security cameras is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal, cancellation without refund, additional charges, and permanent banning.

8. Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol is not permitted inside the studio or green room at any time

• This applies to all bookings, including members and non members

• Anyone found consuming or distributing alcohol inside the studio may be removed immediately without refund

​

9. Cyc Wall Rules

The cyc wall is a premium surface and must be treated accordingly.

• Clean footwear only

• No food or drinks on the cyc

• No dragging equipment or sharp objects

• Excessive scuffing, damage, or staining may result in repainting or repair charges

​

10. Furniture, Props, and Equipment

• Furniture, props, and included equipment may be used unless labeled restricted

• Items must be returned to their original locations

• Do not stand on furniture or drag items across floors

• Do not remove items from the premises

Any damage or missing items may be charged at replacement cost.

11. Cleaning Requirements and Fees

• The studio must be left clean and organized

• All personal items, trash, and brought in materials must be removed

​

Standard cleaning fees

• A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if the studio is left excessively dirty or disorganized

​

Severe cleaning violations

• A minimum cleaning fee of $2,500 will be charged for severe violations, including but not limited to:

  • Smoking inside the studio or green room

  • Odor contamination

  • Biohazards

  • Conditions requiring professional remediation and downtime

Severe cleaning fees may exceed $2,500 depending on the scope of work required.

12. Damage and Charges

• The booking holder is fully responsible for all damage caused by themselves or their guests

• Damage charges may exceed $250 depending on severity, repair cost, replacement cost, labor, and lost revenue

• A card on file may be charged for all applicable fees

​

13. Liability Disclosure and Hold Harmless Agreement

Use of CLT Shooters Studios is voluntary and at your own risk.

You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

• CLT Shooters

• CLT Shooters Studios LLC

• Its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates

• Lenny Boy Brewing Co

• The landlords, property owners, property managers, and lessors of the premises from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from or related to studio use, including personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, or accidents, except where prohibited by law.

You assume full responsibility for yourself and all guests present during your booking.

​

14. Personal Property

CLT Shooters Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. You are responsible for securing your belongings at all times.

15. Conduct, Enforcement, and Permanent Bans

All participants must behave safely and respectfully.

​

CLT Shooters Studios reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, remove individuals, cancel bookings, and permanently ban individuals from the studio and all related services for severe policy violations, including smoking, prohibited nudity, tampering with security cameras, intentional damage, unsafe behavior, or repeated disregard for studio rules

​

Removal or banning does not qualify for a refund.

​

16. Special Productions and Events

Certain uses require prior approval and may require separate agreements, staffing, insurance, or pricing, including:

​

• Workshops or classes

• Ticketed events

• Large productions

• Set builds or high risk activities

• Any event use of the studio

​

Failure to disclose may result in cancellation without refund.

​

17. Policy Updates

These policies may be updated at any time. Continued studio use constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
